Need help pls Empty Need help pls

Can somebody tell me what happen?

So i entred in this morning and then i went outside then comee back and try to enter and every time when im clicking the server2 button the game starts to freeze(not working)and it stays like that 2-4 minutes and after that it says:CONECTION FAILED(FAILED TO CONNECT AT SERVER) i tryed to uninstall-reinstall it and still not working.So please if somebody can help me.
